Our bookings and cancellations policies

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange or cannot attend an appointment. Short notice cancellations mean we cannot always offer the appointment to somebody else who needs it.

All cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as short notice.

Of course, we understand sometimes these cancellations are unavoidable and we will us our discretion in these cases.

Booking Appointments

Private

We require payment of a deposit at the time of booking:

New patients:

  • New patient examination: £65
  • New patient examination and clean: £120

 

Existing patients:

  • Routine examination: £20
  • Routine hygiene appointment: £30
  • Appointments up to 60 minutes: £50
  • Appointments 60 minutes plus: £75-£100
 

In the event of a short notice cancellation (within 24 hours) the practice reserves the right to keep the deposit in order to cover expenses.

DENPLAN

Appointments will be booked a maximum of three months in advance.

Patients with repeated short notice cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a charge. This charge will be based on surgery time lost at £50/hour.

 

NHS

Repeated short notice cancellations mean we may be unable to see you in the future.
