Patient Charter

Responsibilities and Standards

Our Patient Charter is a statement of how our Dental Practice operates and the high standards of care we apply to all our patients. It defines our responsibilities and the standards we strive to maintain and improve upon. To maintain these standards requires your co- operation as a patient, and the Charter therefore also defines your responsibilities to us.

  • To listen to your feedback, comments and suggestions
  • To handle waste according to current regulations and dispose of it with appropriate carriers
